Whilst trying to get some forms for some visas for portugal and czech republic, i was surprised by two things.
1. Australian Passport holders do not need a visa for portugal... Great!
2. Upon recieving czech visa application, i was told not to fill it in just yet, because no applications were getting approved in the next 2 weeks. WHY???
Well the answer is that in that time, czech republic may in fact join the EU which would mean visa free travel.
Im just hoping that this doesnt also mean the end of cheap beer in Prague... Lets hope.
Leeroy.
p.s, if anyone can either confirm or deny this, please do.

Ok guys, it looks as even though czech republic is joining the eu on the first of may, as well as Cyprus, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, a visa is most likely required because they probably wont be included in the schengen agreement for quite some time.
So, in looking for a way out of having to fill out this czech visa, im thinking of not going to the czech republic. Now, this is also because, im looking to trim places out of my adventure, and now this seems to be my good excuse.
But, i guess i am looking to you guys to tell me that this is a good idea, and that i wont be missing anything by not going to the czech republic.
Your feedback perhaps?
