What's up TPunks! Long time no write. My only excuse is that life's a bitch. Go figure.

Anyway, so I'm heading to Mexico for a couple weeks in early March (hopefully can still avoid the spring breakers) and am looking for some advice.

We have found a few places on the pacific coast (San Blas, Sayulita), but flying into Puerta Vallarta rather than Cancun costs me an additional $200 on the ticket.


I'm looking to do some beach relaxing, but don't want anything to do with resorts.

So the question is: What can I get to within 1 day from Cancun?
