My trip abroad is just 2 weeks away and I was wondering what to expect regarding cuisine at the countries on my itinerary. Anyone have any insight about what to expect from the following: Croatia, Hungary, Austria, Czech Republic? Thanks! :chef: |

Okay I have only eaten food from Austria, but I liked it... and there might be a kebab involved:) Austrian food was hearty. Breakfast consisted of nutella and breads with a strange assortment of dried meats and cheeses. Lunch and dinner were usually simple and tasty. |
Croatian cuisine is heterogeneous and is known as a cuisine of the regions since every regions has its own distinct culinary traditions. The coastal region bears the influences of Mediterranean cuisine and is really great.
